Product Description TECHNIQUE BAR: The 15KG Olympic Technique Barbell is designed specifically for power lifts, featuring a single knurl mark suitable for the bench press, squat, and deadlift.

KNURLED TEXTURE: The medium diamond textured knurling on the ends of the shaft provides excellent grip and contact during heavy movements. There is no center knurling to prevent abrasions on the neck and chest.

HARD CHROME COATING: The shiny hard chrome finish protects the shaft and sleeves from scratches and corrosion, maintaining a new appearance with minimal maintenance.

21,145 PSI TENSILE STRENGTH: The 28mm shaft has a tensile strength of 21,145 PSI. Each shaft is ground, polished, and individually tested to provide the right amount of whip or flex. Brass bushings between the shaft and sleeve ensure a smooth, consistent roll.

DIMENSIONS: The barbell is 72" in overall length with a 28mm diameter shaft. The Olympic-sized weight sleeve has a 50mm diameter, 9.75" loadable length, and a capacity of 500 LB. The barbell weighs 15 KG or 33 LB.
